Changing your truck bushings is probably the most cost-effective way of making your longboard skate better - especially if you've started out with a cheap complete.
To make your board turn more, try:
- Cone or Barrel shaped bushings
- Softer Durometers
To make your board turn less/be more stable at speed, try:
- Bigger bushings on the "boardside" - like the Riptide FatCones, Sabre Kingcones, or Riptide Chubby "Eliminator" style bushings
- Harder durometers
