I ordered some longboard bolts for £5 and got a hand written letter from the staff member who packaged them as well as some stickers and a list of longboarding events in the UK this year. They get 11 out of 10 for making me smile and supporting the scene. Legends.

Adam is a top bloke. He made changes to my original set up, and in simple terms explained why X wheels would work better than Y etc. I am beyond happy with my board, and as a total newbie to skating, his advice and friendly manner have made this one of my top customer service experiences ever. I would absolutely recommend Vandem.

Decided to get a longboard for commuting in London, 17 years after I last road a board! (I’m 33 now). Great information on the site which was very helpful when deciding what board to get, and also super helpful (and fast reply) chat function on site, helping me with bushing and truck chat! Hopefully the start of long lasting relationship, whilst I plough more and more money into more and more boards lol

A quick test drive told me everything I needed to know about this fun-loving crowd. I ordered ex display wheels - 70mm Cult Converters: cheep and chearful. I ordered on Friday, confirmation email says delivery in 3-5 working days, the package comes Monday morning. Boom! Communication after purchase was stelar, guys at Vandem made sure I am stoked with the purchase and assured me I am going to love to slide from now on, which I am but only after only few evenings of carving on my local residential street, (not hills for me yet, I am a freshman) I am slowly getting ready to purchase my slightly different (flexy) board. All the reviews I read are well deserved.

Much like everyone else I am simply blown away by these guys- buying online has never been so enjoyable. When I was a kid skating felt so inaccessible to me- these guys clearly understand how combative and ominous skate shops used to be and are trying to push away that vibe. I've literally never had an email from a shop that has put me in a good mood- Adam has now sent me an absolute boatload. Good work guys- cant wait to order again!

I had already purchased a Longboard and was looking for some upgraded trucks to fit to it. Was recommended a set that fitted my needs...not the most expensive set stocked either. Quick delivery and free stickers...what's not to like?! I have since had a lengthy online chat regarding my next Longboard. Amazing such good quality and service!
I asked for some advice from Vandem on other skateboards I had looked at and they were so so helpful. I then decided that I would by the Mako as it is great quality and beautiful to ride. Vandem also help the skating community and the board was at a really good price compare to other longboards. It came well packaged and I was straight on it! Really recommend this board, good for beginners too. Thank you!

Brilliant service,with mega fast delivery. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Genuinely cant rate highly enough. Supercarve bushings were recommended for my (4 stone) daughter's board and are ace. Large bullet helmet only just big enough, but it's a belting lid.
