Faultless, expert and professional service.... I skated in my youth (now 33) fancied getting back into skating in some form which led me to long boards. Im a bit older and wiser but its a bit confusing with so many shapes &styles available. I contacted Vandem via whatsapp for a bit of guidance and the service was amazing, I followed it up with a phonecall & learnt so much and was advised on what setup would suit me. Upon receiving my board their advice was right, it's perfect. I had missed the delivery cut off that day but courier hadn't been so Adam got it sorted within minutes of me placing my order, it arrived next day. It was for my birthday, Adam added a little handwritten birthday message to my invoice which I thought was a great personal touch!
I would have absolutely no hesitation with recommending Vandem and will certainly be the only place I will ever buy any further gear from, they are so clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! Top class

Hi guys! Big thanks for my recent purchase and the 5 star customer service.
I have just put to together a old skool board Alva 11" wide pool deck 215 indi trucks & yellow 60mm kryptonics. Tried serval places to get clear grip tape for my deck with no luck, so thanks for helping me out big time!!
I've put my own design on the top part of the deck and now i'm griped & rippin it! Been skateboarding since 1976 & still stoked riding the parks @ (aged 56) All the best to YOU and Pro skaters @ 2020 Tokyo Olympics!!

I came across the VanDem website by accident but I’m so happy that I did! I spoke to Adam on the phone and what a great guy; super helpful and genuinely into what he does! After our chat, I ordered a Lush Freebyrd and it arrived today. Man, it just looks quality!! After years of snowboarding and never skating, I kept meaning to get a longboard and I am so pleased I finally have! I am buzzing off this board! I couldn’t stop grinning when I got out on it. It’s just carves so nice and feels so natural. It inspires confidence and I know it’s gona be more than upto what I can ask of it as I progress. Adam helped me decide which board would suit what I wanted, and recommended some items that have helped a lot. Thank you Vandem, the service i received was above and beyond, loved the handwritten stoke note, this review has been long coming... the Mako has basically kept me from writing, so much fun and the customise-able set up (cult chronicles rather than the raptures) slidey fun has never been so easy (feels like cheating!) the board is superb, the quality of the components are spot on and the ride is very sweet... massive grins all round. These guys come highly recommended and rightly so. five stars guys.... Thank you :)
