I bought a surfskate from Vandem and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I found the website product details and blog posts really informative as a starting point, then I dropped them a message on WhatsApp for a bit of advice. Matt picked up the messages and was incredibky helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive, so we quickly settled on the best option for me - he built and shipped the deck next day; it arrived super quickly with a few stickers, bushing and a hand-written note thrown in, which was a really nice touch. What was amazing too, was the after-sale support - I had a few questions about fine-tuning the setup of the board which I sent via WhatsApp and Matt took the time to answer them thoroughly, with an invitation to ask any more as and when they came up. Can't recommend Vandem enough - absolutely fantastic!

Vandem 11" Extra Coarse Griptape

Please make sure that you order the right length for the board you want to grip.

Is your regular grip tape just not cutting it for you? Then give Vandem Extra Coarse grip a try.

This stuff is pretty savage - it eats shoes, slide gloves and thumbs with abandon. We have been running trials with this tape for a while now and have managed to refine it to get the perfect grip level.

Whether it's railing high speed corners, throwing huge standies, or massive pendy slides. Vandem Coarse grip will keep you locked in for sure.

This is probably overkill on most cruisers boards, street decks and dancing boards - go for the Regular Griptape instead.

We never fold or crease griptape - it ships rolled up!

  • Skateboard Length is 3ft (36")
  • Longboard Length is 5ft (60")
  • A Roll is 60ft (720")
  • Please measure your board first!!!

Excellent grip and very durable

My favourite coarse griptape, it's as grippy as other premium brands but I find it lasts longer before wearing thin under my toes. It cuts a lot easier than other brands of tape, too.
