Fantastic shop, I highly recommend. I ordered a longboard for my partner's birthday, I didn't realise it would take a few days to get the board to the store before they send it to me. It clearly states this on the board that I ordered..so completely me not paying attention as I paid for next day delivery..so obviously it wouldn't make it to me the next Day. The store messaged me straight away to advise me of this and my error and was extremely helpful. They kept in constant communication and advised when it was sent out and then when it was on route to me . They were able to do a super quick turnaround and I had the board the day before my partner's birthday. Fantastic customer service!! Would buy all my family longboards just for the great customer service!
The board was beautiful and my partner absolutely loved it.

I've just brought my second board in 3 weeks from vandem. The first (Arbor Pilsner) was mainly for my son, who I would love to get into skateboarding and Ive had that much fun on it I wanted one for myself. So I've just received my landyachtz tugboat. With hard bushings as I'm a little heavier (95kgs). Both boards came super fast. And both with a lovely handwritten note on the receipt. Which is always nice to add that personal touch. Great company. I'm sure I'll be doing more business with them as our little journey continues. Thank you guys!

Absolutely blown away by the Lush Nomad Highroller Elite setup. Skating through London feels like riding a hoverboard... This thing honestly bulldozes over cracks, cobbles, trash pavement, whatever. Those 74mm Cult Cultron wheels and lush Easy Rider bearings make it feel like a bicycle under your feet. I've skated for years and there's genuinely no better board for urban commuting.
Build quality is unreal, I'm telling you thr board itself better than Landyachtz, no exaggeration. Criminally underrated... Lush is world class man... I had no idea... Massive thanks to Matt and the team at Vandem!!! these guys actually care and it shows. I can’t stop skating now.

Matt is the man. I literally had conversations about my skating needs over whatsapp from out of town and it was as if I was in the shop next to him. He takes the time to talk through your options in detail, making sure you get the board that actually fits your needs.... No matter your skill level, whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it. They’ll even modify setups for you, only charging the actual cost of the parts, which is rare. The selection is insane, the prices are extremely fair, and the whole experience feels welcoming and no-pressure. Couldn’t recommend them enough.... top-tier service and results.

I’ve bought a couple of boards and various wheels, bearings and bits from Vandem in the last nine months and they’ve been absolutely brilliant every time. Communication is excellent, packaging, postage etc perfect and they’ve been really helpful when I’ve had questions about what I need, as well as dealing with delivery/order requests. Vandem is the Way to Go - Avoid Skatehut
OK so I ordered a Loaded Ballona from Skatehut for my son’s birthday. After paying, my order fell into a black hole of zero communication — just an automated email telling me to wait 72 hours. No phone support, and every follow-up email reset the 72-hour clock. Two weeks later: no board, no update, £200 gone, and a very disappointed kid. Incredibly frustrating.Then I found Vandem — total game changer. Super friendly, easy to contact, and incredibly knowledgeable & honest. They answered right away via phone and WhatsApp, had direct links to Loaded distributors, and shipped a complete board fast. Couldn't recommend them more. Now my Son is super happy he got his Loaded Ballona in the graphic he wanted with the wheels & trucks he wanted within 3 days that's faster than they promised. It was packed perfectly. These guys are great and I highly recommend them especially for the communication and knowledge and they really care about there customers I want to give 10 stars really!!!!! Massive Thanks Phil

Came the next day as expected, and it's flawless. Genuinely the most enjoyable board I've ever rode around just cruising on, I did spill on a hill not expecting the insane speed this thing reaches in almost no time (bailing hard made me feel like a teenager again, as a 40 year old - worth it!) Will definitely be buying a dancing board later in the year, highly recommend giving these guys your business.

I found the website product details and blog posts really informative as a starting point, then I dropped them a message on WhatsApp for a bit of advice. Matt picked up the messages and was incredibky helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive, so we quickly settled on the best option for me - he built and shipped the deck next day; it arrived super quickly with a few stickers, bushing and a hand-written note thrown in, which was a really nice touch. What was amazing too, was the after-sale support - I had a few questions about fine-tuning the setup of the board which I sent via WhatsApp and Matt took the time to answer them thoroughly, with an invitation to ask any more as and when they came up. Can't recommend Vandem enough - absolutely fantastic!

They set up a Lush Throttle short longboard with Carver C7 surfskate trucks for me within 5 minutes and it is an absolute dream to ride.
Besides this they had an amazing assortment of different decks and set-ups.
Really great experience, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for their next board.

Having wanted to get a longboard for a few years, I finally decided it was time. After searching online, I came across Vandem. The reviews were so positive and I can now confirm why. I ordered the Lush Longboards Freebyrd Lo-Pro Woodgrain Drop-through Longboard
Elite Complete after seeing that other novices had been recommend this as a starter board. The online ordering process was faultless. From ease of website use, clear item information/descriptions and helpful reviews of others who have purchased in the past. I ordered at lunchtime and it came before lunchtime the next day. It arrived well packaged (with a hand signed message on the receipt, nice touch) and the board itself is beautiful. At 39 I’ve never skated before. I’m only just starting my journey, however, Vandem will be the only shop I use after my positive experience. 3 days into my skating and I love it. I get excited to wake up each morning to take the board out for practice before work and look forward to more practice when I get home. I hope to visit the store in person one day when I need to get more skate parts and meet with the team. However, the online process and customer service means those who can’t go in person can still a positive experience online. Thanks to everyone at Vandem, you’ve really set the standard for how a company should operate. Anyone thinking about trying longboarding for the first time… please do and consider Vandem for your needs!!!
