As a beginner, I was recommended by the Reddit longboarding community to send Vandem a whatsapp message - We ended up buying an Arbor Axis and a Landyachtz ATV for my wife and I.
Their advice was brilliant, pricing fair, super fast delivery. Really great people to talk to and to buy from. We will be returning, we're really confident in the quality of service and experienced advice that Vandem provide. We're super happy!

Special ordered a board, and received a really quick email response that it was out of stock. Rang the store and got great help choosing an alternative tailored to what I wanted. I ordered online shortly after the call and the board arrived the next day. Would definitely buy here again. Really liked that there wasn't any plastic packaging used in delivery too.

These guys talked me through choosing my first board I've bought for years. I thought I wanted a dedicated carve setup, then I thought I wanted a pintail or dropthrough, but after loads of daft questions from me and some brilliant advice from them, it turns out I really needed something different, so I went for a landyachtz rally cat. Superb service as ever from Vandem. Fully recyclable packaging, speedy postage, and a nice hand written note. I've bought spares and bits from these guys before and I can't recommend them enough!

Just Great. I bought a cruiser for my Nephew (as he'd been riding my oversized 80s pool board). Thought it might need a few upgrades at the low price. Turns out to be fantastic. Really great quality trucks, deck, wheels and even abec7 bearings. Rolls smoothly on the pavements and I'm wanting to keep it myself now. Super fast delivery and awesome communication. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been more helpful or more accommodating. I initially rang for advice which they gave without expectation of anything in return. After returning the board I initially bought to the supplier (not Vandem) I ultimately purchased a new board from them in the solid knowledge that I will get something they knew inside out and were selling because they skated it and loved it. The product I have ended up with is superior quality and I reckon it will last me years. I’m going to be a customer for life.

Ordered an amazing complete longboard that arrived next day and promptly ordered some new wheels for it the day after. The courier messed up the delivery but Vandem still took full responsibility and issued full refund. Wonderful service and happy to help if you call. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I ordered a Landyachtz Tugboat UV Bengal cruiser and I genuinely can't remember the last time I received such good customer service. I originally wanted the board with a different graphic, which was unfortunately out of stock. (Not only in Vandem, but literally everywhere i looked) However, they emailed me soon after with alternative graphics and still came through with an equally awesome board. Delivery was super quick and was 2 days earlier than expected. Nice touch adding stickers and a note too.

Ordered some wheels and a set of slide pucks. Thought "Meh, Covid-19 plus I knackered my ankle t'other, I'll go for free delivery" Arrived mega fast. Came with a nice hand written note and a load of stickers that totally made my day.
New to this longboarding lark (It's a lockdown hobby) but loving it so far. If you want some kit in the U.K. you'd do much worse than to give these guys a little money. Will be using again!

I was looking for a board! I did NOT need to look any further! Vandem looked to be highly reviewed, and now I know why. I visited the website and was impressed, so rang them up for a chat. Adam was super helpful, and also just a sound guy! He knew his stuff, and 24 hours later I was holding my new Lush Dagyr on an elite setup. The board is sweet! And Vandem are awesome! I 100% recommend them, have already put another friend onto them, and I'll definitely be going back! GET YOUR LONGBOARDS HERE!!!!!!

There's a reason these guys have 5 out of 5 star reviews, brilliant service, great advice and a pleasure to deal with. I phoned up late on a Friday afternoon on a whim. Ordered a LY Rally Cat deck and built it up over the phone with advice from Adam. He built it up and got it shipped that day. It arrived on Monday is just stunning and a great ride. Adam even included a load of stickers and a nice handwritten note. Top notch from Vandem, support your local skate shop and order from Vandem!

Perfect Service! Made the order over the phone on a Friday morning which was made super easy by Adam. Order was prepped and shipped with an estimated delivery date of Monday/Tuesday. My order arrived on the Sunday in perfect condition with a few freebies thrown in. Such an easy process and will definitely be using Vandem for future purchases.

Experts on all things boarding they make sure you get what you need even if that means suggesting not to buy something.
They've always been willing to talk through every and any question I've had and never not had an answer.
Genuinely the best service and they only stock good quality products. If they don't stock it it's probably not worth buying and if they do it'll only add to your ride.

Great customer service extremely helpful and when there was an issue with my order it was dealt with immediately and rectified before it was dispatched and was with me in 24hrs. They have a great ethos and would not sell anything they wouldn't use themselves 11/10. I managed to bag the last lush legend in its current guise and it is awesome!
