Landyachtz, Loaded Longboards, New Skate Product, Videos -

The Loaded Tesseract II is here.

You may have noticed

That I like to have fun with new products.

I'll try and make a pun out of any name or small detail.

However, I've just googled "Tesseract" and it's gone way over my head.

As a regular polytope with three cubes folded together around every edge, it has Schläfli symbol {4,3,3} with hyperoctahedral symmetry of order 384. Constructed as a 4D hyperprism made of two parallel cubes, it can be named as a composite Schläfli symbol {4,3} × { }, with symmetry order 96.

So this time I'm gonna keep it simple.

Loaded make amazing boards, of course.

But the concave on this thing is next level.

I feel like I'm in a fever dream looking at it - everything 18 year old me ever imagined in a skateboard, right there.

Nothing overpowering that might disrupt flow or disturb the mindset, but a gentle hug for the soles of your feet from every direction.

Throw in functional kicktails and whether it's dropping off a curb or throwing a superduperflip, it's got everything you need.

And then there's the graphics... foil wizardry, with delicate windows in the screen revealing some sick veneer... but here it get's tricky.

Two graphics available, Spectra (above) and Chroma (not above). Not above, because there isn't one in the UK yet.

Our singular Spectra has been smuggled through an interdimensional portal to bless our shelves.

The Chroma will follow as and when the space-time-continuum allows.

Shouldn't be long.

But it'd be shame to mention the Tesseract II without mentioning another recent II from Loaded:

Loaded stretched the original Bolsa from it's incredibly ergonomic surfskate roots, added a full nose and let it loose as a pure XL skateboard.

Available with RKP trucks, Carver CX or C7, it can be whatever you want it to be... Provided you want it to be loads of fun.

Doors closed this coming Wednesday

This Wednesday (6th August) our doors will be closed as we load Ryan with footage to edit once again.

We'll be filming, amongst some other top secret projects, more clips of Rich doing animal impressions:

But remember - we're open every Saturday from 10am - 1pm until the Bristol Board Meeting!

It's only 5 weeks away and sponsors are rolling in. It's not one to miss.

See you then, if not before,
Matt @ Vandem
