Thank you Vandem for the prompt delivery of the Landyauchtz Rally Cat I purchased from you at the weekend. The board arrived on Tuesday after ordering on Sunday evening!! Lush Nomad Cruiser Board - Gazer
A turbo-charged version of the Nomad cruiser board from Lush Longboards!
Pressed from a composite of Bamboo, fibreglass and maple, the Nomad Gazer uses less precious hardwood than a regular board and is a great way to reduce the environmental footprint of your skateboard.
The Nomad Gazer is just about ideal for most adult sized skaters while still being much smaller than a full sized longboard.
This little gem gives you enough space and board feel for maximum comfort while you cruise in style.
Keeping things compact means it's super easy to carry about when hopping on the bus or tube and convenient to stash under a desk when you rock up to work.
The Nomad Gazer features a stain/foil graphic, a premium finish for a premium cruiser!

Is the Elite setup worth the extra £50?
For only an extra £50, you can upgrade the "Pro" setup to the "Elite" Level build.
The Elite setup is a pretty heavy wheel and bearing upgrade over the Pro.
You get Sabre Built-In Labyrinth Bearings - fully shielded, easy to clean, with built in bearing spacers. They roll faster and last longer than the Pro level metal shielded ABEC5 bearings.
The Elite complete also includes Cult Invader 66mm Longboard Wheels White, poured from a higher grade urethane. Premium urethane rolls fater, lasts longer, and generally injects a whole new level of life into the board - once you've skated decent wheels, you won't want anything else!
Less obvious is the wheel upgrade. Your extra £50 gets you a set of Cult Invader over the Pro build's Cult Nova. Apart from the obvious size difference, the Cult Invader are poured from a higher grade of urethane - an invisible difference that you will immediately notice as soon as you push the board off.
Just like the bearings, the wheel upgrade makes your board roll faster and last longer - what's not to like??
If you look at the SRP difference of these components and add them together you'll see that the upgrade from Pro to Elite represents serious value - trust us, it's well worth it.
Coupled with this, we've noticed that almost everyone who makes it into our shop ends up with an Elite setup - the value is clear once you have the board in your hands!

Some other things to consider...
- If in doubt - go softer! Turnier boards are easier to balance on, and a lot more fun to skate.
- If you are "between hardnesses," we would recommend the softer option. So for example, for a 73kg rider, "Soft" rather than "Stock Setup" might be a better choice. Get in touch if you're not sure!
- if you want a very turny board - say for a dancing longboard - then it's worth going one stop softer than you otherwise would do. Watch out for wheelbite though!
- Likewise, if you want a board for downhill speed, then go up a step harder than the weight table suggests.
- You do have a bit of adjustment in the truck's kingpin nut, but we would suggest that if you have more than two threads showing then it's time to go to a harder bushing.

It’s fast and smooth and was set up perfectly. I really appreciated the bushings being swapped out as standard. Packaging was excellent. It’s also a thing of beauty… perfect gateway drug to a longer longboard. It carves very smoothly- perfect for cruising through the neighbourhood and having a bit of fun after too many years without a board. I’ve been on it every day it hasn’t rained since it arrived.

This is a wonderful board and feels great to use, with the little I’ve managed to do since the weather took a turn for the worse. I wanted the gazer in high roller spec and wasn’t a problem, board turned up well packaged and a day after the order was placed . can’t get better than that. The gazer is pure class loads of room on the deck and the larger wheels (74mm) gave it a smooth ride, I wanted the larger wheels as the roads can be ruff but this bad boy goes over most terrain in super style. The gazer looks the part and is super practical for just cruising around having fun, gotta say the photos on the site don’t do the board justice it’s stunning the workmanship is top class (it won’t be my last lush board put it that way)! I can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design feel so it’s a comfortable ride. and perfect for someone getting back on a board after so many years. Top board for a great price
