Vandem is next level! Having wanted to get a longboard for a few years, I finally decided it was time. After searching online, I came across Vandem. The reviews were so positive and I can now confirm why. I ordered the Lush Longboards Freebyrd Lo-Pro Woodgrain Drop-through Longboard
Elite Complete after seeing that other novices had been recommend this as a starter board. The online ordering process was faultless. From ease of website use, clear item information/descriptions and helpful reviews of others who have purchased in the past. I ordered at lunchtime and it came before lunchtime the next day. It arrived well packaged (with a hand signed message on the receipt, nice touch) and the board itself is beautiful. At 39 I’ve never skated before. I’m only just starting my journey, however, Vandem will be the only shop I use after my positive experience. 3 days into my skating and I love it. I get excited to wake up each morning to take the board out for practice before work and look forward to more practice when I get home. I hope to visit the store in person one day when I need to get more skate parts and meet with the team. However, the online process and customer service means those who can’t go in person can still a positive experience online. Thanks to everyone at Vandem, you’ve really set the standard for how a company should operate. Anyone thinking about trying longboarding for the first time… please do and consider Vandem for your needs!!!

Thank you Vandem for the prompt delivery of the Landyauchtz Rally Cat I purchased from you at the weekend. The board arrived on Tuesday after ordering on Sunday evening!! I had my 1st ‘’go’’ on the board today and it did not disappoint. My 1st time on a board in 40 years (I am 55) and it was amazing, carving (as best I could) down a nice, long, gentle hill. Had another fantastic experience shopping with vandem. I rang up, told then what I was after (I had slightly more clue what I wanted this time round...) and after a good chat, went and ordered my board after spending the evening deliberating the options discussed on the phone. Fantastic customer service, arrived early and made my weekend. Now, about the Rally Cat. I wanted something nimble and top mounted so I could skate in the wet without throwing water all over myself which was the current problem I was having with my drop hammer (also bought from Vandem). I know, sacrilege to skate a brand new board in the rain, but when you're a relatively new skater, you don't have any old boards to turn into a rain deck! Anyway long story short, the deck is amazing, I love how it handles, but I probably need at least two more boards now... it's too nice to skate in the ****** weather!

Been dying for a dry day to test it out and today I finally got it! This board is exceptional, so effortless to control, push and easily pick up speed, the rocker ensures foot positioning is where it needs to be (once you’ve gotten used to it) and handles curbs with ease, small debris/cracks are surprisingly not an issue either. I’m really stoked with the board and with the awesome team at Vandem for hooking me up �

I’ve actually bought the board for my daughter’s birthday. She’s off to uni next year so needs a decent board to commute and get to the pub on. This looks like it’ll do the job. I’m no expert on skateboards but I can recognise quality materials and build. This board has both.
