OK so I ordered a Loaded Ballona from Skatehut for my son’s birthday. After paying, my order fell into a black hole of zero communication — just an automated email telling me to wait 72 hours. No phone support, and every follow-up email reset the 72-hour clock. Two weeks later: no board, no update, £200 gone, and a very disappointed kid. Incredibly frustrating.

Then I found Vandem — total game changer. Super friendly, easy to contact, and incredibly knowledgeable & honest. They answered right away via phone and WhatsApp, had direct links to Loaded distributors, and shipped a complete board fast. Couldn't recommend them more. Now my Son is super happy he got his Loaded Ballona in the graphic he wanted with the wheels & trucks he wanted within 3 days that's faster than they promised. It was packed perfectly. These guys are great and I highly recommend them especially for the communication and knowledge and they really care about there customers I want to give 10 stars really!!!!! Massive Thanks Phil

SKATE/WALK HERE:

We are just off the Bath to Bristol Cycle Path (National Cycle Route 4). Come off the Lawrence Hill stop, cross over the path on the A420, go left at Lidl and then immediately left again into Berkeley Court Business Park. We are right at the back of the estate in Arch 4. Ring the doorbell and we'll let you in.

BY TRAIN:

We are next door to Lawrence Hill Train Station, Bristol. Alternatively just catch a train to Bristol Temple Meads and skate the rest of the way - if you follow signs for the Bristol to Bath Cycle Path it'll take you about 10 minutes to skate to us.

BY CAR:

If you are driving here, use BS5 0BX in your SatNav. We are right at the back of Berkeley Court Industrial Estate. Parking is Free!

A NOTE TO SAT NAV/GOOGLE MAPS USERS:

We are UNDERNEATH the A420, so your SatNav might tell you that you have arrived as you drive over our heads! The entrance to our shop is over the wall on the opposite side of the road to the Packhorse Pub.

You need to turn in towards Lidl off the main road, then follow round to the left to find Berkeley Court Business Park. We are right at the back of the estate in Arch 4.
