This years Bristol Board Meeting is less than a month away: Saturday 6th September.
The biggest, longest running, most inclusive event in the UK calendar for anyone on four wheels.
The plan:
- Get the train to Bath by 10:30am
- Skate, smile and soak up the sun all the way to Bristol
- Bunch up together at Hillfields pumptrack
- Roll as one to Vandem Longboard Shop
- Raffle to end all raffles
- Raise a huge amount of money for MacMillan Cancer Support
And if you just can't wait that long to skate together...
Tomorrow, August 9th, at Crystal Palace Park in London - join our good friends Alex, Will, Sam and Ryan for a slide jam.
There are Vandem and Cult goodies up for grabs, but they'll make you work for them. Don't say I didn't warn you!
Next weekend, August 17th, there is a 6 hour skate happening at Castle Combe circuit in Chippenham. Danielle will be there representing Vandem - I will make sure there is flapjack for everyone doing laps on laps of the track!
The Lush Samba will be available to test at Castle Combe and the Board Meeting.
We're looking forward to welcoming old and new faces to the shop on the 6th September. And the weather forecast won't be worse than last years..!

70mm wheels on a small cruiser felt a bit weird to me at first - it makes it heavy and hard to ollie.
But when I had a go, I realised that the extra joy of rolling along smoothly pretty much negated any disadvantages.
