Oh Landyachtz.
The 2024 lineup arrived in March last year.
By May it was sold out - Europe wide - and the answer to all of our enquiries was: no.
So, having told everyone they'll need to wait until Spring 2025, you can imagine my surprise over the holidays to find a fresh, limited batch had docked on our side of the pond!
This includes my favourite, the Clark. A 40" XL skateboard that goes something like this:
I love a big skateboard.
But that's not all! They've got small skateboards too: a full restock on Dinghy graphics thought to be extinct.
Drop-throughs too - all Drop Cat 38" graphics available for a feeling as close to snowboarding as it gets on asphalt... at least until the Samba comes back.*
Throw in some special boards like the Wolfshark, Big Dipper and Evo and you've got a full compliment of proper shred sleds.
Really, the only missing piece of the puzzle is the lack of Tugboat Ultra Carves in this delivery...
...Which if you've really been hanging on for, you could always build your own.
130mm Bear Grizzlys are finally back - in 50° and 40°, a pair of 50°s being what you'd need for that.
This surprise delivery has really foiled my plans to bang my usual drum - that retail therapy is not a sustainable solution to the winter blues.
It still isn't... but it's also tricky to grab a tasty new board without indulging in it.
Sorry,
Matt @ Vandem
*Soon...
Love it or hate it, wave graphics have persisted for decades and are probably here to stay. Landyachtz proving themselves a category leader here with the Dinghy Wave.
Is the neon jungle of the Tropical Night more your flavour?
