Pro Carver CX Surfskate Kit

If you've got a longboard or cruiser deck laying around and fancy building yourself a surfskate, you need one of our surfskate setup kits. This is the Pro Carver CX kit - create yourself a functional, hard-pumping, coping-slashing surfskate at wicked value.

The Carver CX is an updated version of the C7 - designed to provide equally insane amounts of turn and lean, but this time using clever geometry and design to bring it into what resembles a regular RKP truck. No extra pivots means less maintenance, less fiddling and a more sturdy truck. If your idea of surfskating involves ripping into banks at the skatepark, the CX is the truck for you.

The wheels in this kit are the Cult Nova - a real favourite for cruisers and dancing longboards at 60mm and 78a. The smaller diameter accelerates fast and means your surfskate will be closer to the ground and easier to push when you need to.

Adding further value to the kit are the Vandem Value ABEC 5 bearings, with spacers. If you've heard bad things about ABEC 5 bearings, fear not. They absolutely do the job for any skateboard or longboard. The trade-off here is cheaper price for a bit more maintenance. You could also just get new ones, they're only a fiver... but that's not the sustainable way.

The hardware and risers for this kit are all from Carver themselves - 1.25" countersunk bolts, nyloc nuts and Carver specific riser pads.
