Fantastic shop, I highly recommend. I ordered a longboard for my partner's birthday, I didn't realise it would take a few days to get the board to the store before they send it to me. It clearly states this on the board that I ordered..so completely me not paying attention as I paid for next day delivery..so obviously it wouldn't make it to me the next Day. The store messaged me straight away to advise me of this and my error and was extremely helpful. They kept in constant communication and advised when it was sent out and then when it was on route to me . They were able to do a super quick turnaround and I had the board the day before my partner's birthday. Fantastic customer service!! Would buy all my family longboards just for the great customer service!
The board was beautiful and my partner absolutely loved it.
