Dealt with Matt over email. Ace advice given and actually listened to what I was after and have loads of options and I could tell it came from experience. Not once was he pushy for a sale like another well none skate company I also emailed so it was a no brained to order from here. I have little to no knowledge when emailing and that didn’t matter or change the way I was spoken too. I work customer service myself and it was simple brilliant. Absolutely no complaints and if I need anything again, I’m coming straight back!
