Hawgs Wheels Fatty 63mm 78A Cruiser Wheels

Hawgs Fatties!

Yep - a step up in girth and diameter from the Hawgs Chubbies.

Usually seen on Landyachtz Dinghys but not just a stock cruiser wheel.

I actually love these wheels for sliding - they have a bit more width than the Chubbies so they last a bit longer and give a bit more feedback whilst going sideways. Pair that with the stoneground finish and round lips and you're onto a winner.

However I would also add that if you're buying these to slide a lot, make sure to buy a single colour urethane option. The swirled ones look amazing for sure, but we have found that over time the different colours of urethane can wear down at different rates, causing the wheel to egg and warp. For cruising, it's not an issue. For sliding, it'll mean they hit the end of their life a little earlier than they otherwise should.

A great wheel under a cruiser - 63mm offers a little more rollover than smaller options out there, just check that you won't get wheelbite if you're moving up from something smaller!
