Carver 33" Tommii Lim Proteus C7 Surfskate

The Carver 33" Tommii Lim Proteus is a mid-length surfskate with a wide and functional shape. The chubby nose of the Proteus lets you get your front foot right over the front truck for tons of response, and skaters with a wider stance will appreciate the extra foot room.

It's on the longer end of the surfskates we offer, so think stylish wider carves, down-the-line speed and even some cross steps if you're feeling really comfortable! Tree barrels for dessert, it's like being a kid again.

We love the roomy fat shape (gets your wave count right up...) of the Proteus, and this version is finished off with graphics from renowned international artist and muralist Tommii Lim. According to the Carver website, the graphic fits perfectly with the shape of the board - forcing a reevaluation of archetypal templates and encouraging an immersive interaction. Blimey, I think their writer gets paid more than me.

C7 trucks underneath make for a really great turning feeling - most known for their smooth tight turns and fast pumping, but coupled with the longer wheelbase gives it a lazier, easier feeling. No hurry here, just out to enjoy everything the day has to offer.
