I ordered a set of Pantheon Karma wheels and Sabre bearings. Delivery was free DHL and actually came next day, instead of 'next day'. Pleasant surprise since I'm used to DPD dumping a 'we missed you' slip in the street a week later. I got a personal, actual email letting me know my order was shipping.

The wheels were loose in the box rather than in retail packaging, but I don't mind because I'm planning on actually using them, and the package was well packed.

Vandem are obviously so important to the scene, but supporting them is a no brainer because it's a far better customer experience anyway! Buy local! Screw Amazon!
