Great shop with great staff, got back to me almost instantly on WhatsApp. Ordered a complete online and had it in my hands by lunch the next day, beautiful board and fantastically packaged, even threw in the the original bushings after I customised it. Awesome service, would recommend and definately buy again.

Went to Vandem in Bristol last Friday. Was such an awesome place just to go visit have a look around and talk with the guys there about longboards and cruisers. I was looking to either buy the LandYatchz Tugboat or the Dinghy Blunt. They gave me all the information I needed about the board and what’s best suited to me as I talked to them what I would be using it for. I ended up buying the Tugboat and I’m loving it! Big thanks to the guys at the shop they were super friendly, definitely will be coming again in the future!

I ordered a Landyachtz Tugboat UV Bengal cruiser and I genuinely can't remember the last time I received such good customer service. I originally wanted the board with a different graphic, which was unfortunately out of stock. (Not only in Vandem, but literally everywhere i looked) However, they emailed me soon after with alternative graphics and still came through with an equally awesome board. Delivery was super quick and was 2 days earlier than expected. Nice touch adding stickers and a note too.
