They walked me through choosing a board and gently guided me to the right set up for my location, intended use, and abilities. Now I'm riding EVERYWHERE (picking up/dropping off my kids at primary, grocery shopping, post office, everywhere) and thoroughly addicted. I love my Lush Freebyrd Hiro. Just received a new set of wheels to make riding even more exciting now that I'm more confident and already dreaming about the next board I'm going to get from Vandem.
