No wonder Vandem are so highly regarded, the service is outstanding. There was an issue with the delivery of my order (nothing to do with Vandem, the courier made a mistake) and Adam took it upon himself to find a speedy resolution and ensure I received a set of wheels in the shortest possible time frame. The amount of care and dedication he shows is amazing. Excellent communication too. I rarely write reviews but this has been my best shopping experience.
