Lush Longboards Minnow Eat Me CX Surfskate
The Minnow CX surfskate stands in a category of it's own in the surfskate lineup! Coming in at 36" long it's got a longer wheelbase and fair bit more standing room than an average surfskate... and it feels amazing.
We paired the Minnow Eat Me graphic with the Carver CX trucks to create this hybrid surfskate-longboard-pumpmachine masterpiece. Tested thoroughly by young and old, surfers, skaters and everything in between and it's a firm favourite - affectionately referred to as the "Magic Carpet". Simply step on, and you'll be transported across worlds with a smooth, responsive and joyful ride.
You can pump this board up to speed from a standing start just by shifting your weight side to side, and for all surfskating and longboarding - except going down hills - it's honestly some of the most fun you can legally pay for in a carpark.
She'll turn 180s, 360s, perhaps even more, in one car park space, and still have speed once you're done.
The longer than average wheelbase means that it's much more stable than other surfskates out there, if you're feeling brave you could even practice your cross-steps. It also means it won't whip around quite as fast so if you are looking at surfskates to really get practising your top turns and cutbacks, then something shorter might be more what you're looking for.
The CX truck is a versatile surfskate truck that has more stability than the C7, which makes it perfect for pumping and cruising your way across town as well as the usual surfskate shenanigans.

Is the Elite setup worth the extra £20?
For only an extra £20, you can upgrade the "Pro" setup to the "Elite" Level build.
The Elite setup is a pretty heavy wheel and bearing upgrade over the Pro.
You get Sabre Built-In Labyrinth Bearings - fully shielded, easy to clean, with built in bearing spacers. They roll faster and last longer than the Pro level metal shielded ABEC5 bearings.
The Elite complete also includes Cult Cultron 74mm Longboard Wheels White, poured from a higher grade urethane. Premium urethane rolls fater, lasts longer, and generally injects a whole new level of life into the board - once you've skated decent wheels, you won't want anything else!
Less obvious is the wheel upgrade. Your extra £20 gets you a set of Cult Cultron over the Pro build's Lush Smoothie. Apart from the obvious size difference, the Cult Cultron are poured from a higher grade of urethane - an invisible difference that you will immediately notice as soon as you push the board off.
Just like the bearings, the wheel upgrade makes your board roll faster and last longer - what's not to like??
If you look at the SRP difference of these components and add them together you'll see that the upgrade from Pro to Elite represents serious value - trust us, it's well worth it.
Coupled with this, we've noticed that almost everyone who makes it into our shop ends up with an Elite setup - the value is clear once you have the board in your hands!
