This is my first experience with Vandem and their customer service is amazing. Shortly after placing my order on the website I received a courtesy call from Adam to update me, which was much appreciated & very rare these days. My board was built up & sent out very quickly considering it was over new year. I bought the Loaded Icarus premium set up which is a very stable & super smooth board.
