Amazing service! Had a small issue with a board that had a bit of damage, quick and friendly response once contacted and a replacement board was sorted within a few days. Wouldn't go anywhere else in future!

Board is a real beauty , purchased for one of my grandsons following in the the footsteps of his father and two uncles all borders and skaters . This would grace any setting. The only down side was it was delivered to wrong address and email from dhl stated I signed for it. The problem was it was the house it was left at has been empty for 9 years so board left outside and receipt false. I called dhl and gained no satisfactory answer . If I were you guys would suggest having a word with couriers especially as coming up to crimbo . But that aside great board

Can't sing these guys praises enough.
Bought all the parts to assemble a new longboard towards the end of the first lockdown and the guys at Vandem were unbelievably helpful with helping me fine tune what brands and styles to go for to get exactly what I wanted out of the parts on the board.
The board rides amazing and everything Vandem recomended has done nothing but reign true. Hundreds of miles of fun so far and still so many more to come.
2 summers later I was cleaning, greasing and rebuilding my bearings and the chair I was sat on spontaneously collapsed sending the small ball bearings flying in every which direction.
Called Vandem to get some advice on where to source either the ball bearings themselves or a full single bearing and they immediately dispatched a single new bearing that matched my set saving me having to buy a full new set!
Stellar service, products and people.
Only wish I had left my review sooner like I kept telling myself I would.

I always fancied giving skateboarding a shot, but I was concerned I was too old. Seeing the reviews for Vandem Longboard Shop, I went down there to have a chat, and was walked through everything.
Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive - my experience at Vadem was fantastic.
I went in with trepidation, I left with a Lush Freebyrd, and I couldn't be happier. Spent the last couple days cruising and having a blast.
I can't recommend Vandem enough. If you think you're too old, you're not. Get riding!

Great place with a really helpful team. I went in with only a vague idea of what I was after and never felt rushed or under pressure. Had a really good discussion and walked away a bit later with a Hackbrett Wasser and a spare set of wheels to get sliding with. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have picked that from browsing online but am so happy with it and pleased that I took the trip into Bristol.
I ordered another board online a week or so later for my daughter and, while I was at it, added some spare bushings for one of my boards. I almost immediately had a call to check I hadn't made a mistake as the bushings were too large for the board I'd ordered. You just wouldn't get that level of concern and caring about people making the right choices from most places - I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Great shop - free delivery on a lot of items, prices are standard if not cheaper than anywhere else and 0 plastic in their packaging. They gave me a bunch of free stickers with my order, will be ordering from them again in the future :)

Excellent company, ordered my Lush Freebyrd Elite complete board and had it delivered the next day, great advise from the guys at the shop, fantastic customer service.
The board and some other bits arrived very well packaged, no plastics in the packaging and the invoice included a nice hand written note.
The board itself is nothing short of beautiful and it rides so nicely, everything about it is top top quality. I am a returning boarder after lots of years but it felt like I have been riding it forever, that's down to the guys at the shop helping me with my choice.
I will definitely use Vandem again, in fact I don't think I'll go anywhere else.

Went to Vandem in Bristol last Friday. Was such an awesome place just to go visit have a look around and talk with the guys there about longboards and cruisers. I was looking to either buy the LandYatchz Tugboat or the Dinghy Blunt. They gave me all the information I needed about the board and what’s best suited to me as I talked to them what I would be using it for. I ended up buying the Tugboat and I’m loving it! Big thanks to the guys at the shop they were super friendly, definitely will be coming again in the future!

After sieving the internet for hours trying to determine which board I should purchase based on skill level and what I wanted the board for I decided to visit the guys at Vandem and I'm so glad I did.
They were really welcoming, friendly and above all knowledgeable. They explained it in a way that I could understand, being a complete novice I was at times getting bogged down with information. I didn't feel like that at Vandem. I walked away with a brand new Lush Freebyrd which I'm so happy with, board rolls like a dream and they even threw in some extra truck bushes for me to try! Overall I cannot rate them highly enough, if you're in or near to Bristol go and say hi, you won't regret it 👊🏼

Vandem is amazing! Super knowledgeable, and simply outstanding customer service. They walked me through choosing a board and gently guided me to the right set up for my location, intended use, and abilities. Now I'm riding EVERYWHERE (picking up/dropping off my kids at primary, grocery shopping, post office, everywhere) and thoroughly addicted. I love my Lush Freebyrd Hiro. Just received a new set of wheels to make riding even more exciting now that I'm more confident and already dreaming about the next board I'm going to get from Vandem. After some really helpful advice via the website contact page, I bought the pro cruiser kit to convert an old skateboard and a set of built in bearings.
Very reasonably priced and super fast delivery, they even threw in a handful of stickers and a free bottle of bearing lube.

Super stoked, awesome blokes! Just purchased a landyachtz Stratus complete, after combing the internet trying to find one. I decided to go with Vandem, as their website had lots of reviews and a personal description on all their boards and didn't just use the stock description like every other site. I could tell these guys were actual skaters and knew their stuff.
Not only were they super friendly, and very helpful/knowledgeable, but their prices are really good too. Shipping was really fast and expertly packed. The board came professionally setup and ready to roll. Do yourself a favour and get all your board needs from Vandem. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Bought a Lush board from them, I'm pretty much a total beginner again after 27 years of not using any type of board. Awesome experience shopping with Vandem! Ordered a Loaded Icarus deck and forgot to add my free gift at the checkout but they put bearing lube in anyway which is what I was after, a load of stickers and love the little note they put in it's a nice touch and shows they care about their customers. Packaging and delivery bang on! Will definitely be a returning customer!

Great service. It's been over 30 years since I skateboarded, but after messing around with my 14 year old sons board, I decided I wanted to give longboarding a go. Board arrived this morning and I've already been cruising and carving down some local hills. The Lush board is exactly that "Lush". Speed of delivery and service from Vandem is excellent, highly recommend.

Bought 2 boards from these guys. First was a Landyatchz Drop Hammer, perfect cruise board before meeting an untimely end under a 4x4. Replacement deck recommended by the team has been perfect and of course arrived the next day!

I purchased the Lush Longboards Nomad.
