Santa Cruz Knox Firepit Reissue Deck

The Santa Cruz Knox Firepit... an epic reissue in the name of Tom Knox. If you've seen Santa Cruz Speed Freaks - this is a reissue of what Tom was riding then, 1989 (check the videos tab). Slappy heaven! If that's your plan, get some rails underneath.

Tom apparently had a rule when it came to skateboarding: if you can't jump up it, you shouldn't jump down it. Seeing as he turned pro in the 80s and is still going strong 40 years later, I'd call it good advice!

The concave on this one is the Old School from Santa Cruz and offers a comfortable side to side tub and continuous tail kick that feels really sweet under the back foot whether you're in the pocket behind the trucks or popping big ollies off the tip.

A nice and wide 10.07" under the front foot with a good taper, giving a more directional, carvy feeling. Don't be fooled though, as well as it carves, it can shred whatever terrain you want to throw yourself at!

A super functional board that makes a great cruiser with soft wheels underneath, or go for hard ones and you've got a sick old school setup that will shred the park with the best of them.
